No expenses spared with respect to luxury.
The maid forgot to replenish the supply of Nesspresso capsules but I'm sure a call to housekeeping would have sorted that out in an instant.

The hotel is very nicely designed, the staff are very freindly especially the bar/lounge staff. the location is perfect as its away from te noise at teh same time very close by on the lake
the food and drinks are overpriced

We had booked 2 rooms, we requested for an early checkin and the hotel staff went out of their way and got us one room ready by 11 15 am, which was very nice, we had dinner at lebanese restaurant, very good food, ambience, and very courteous staff.

good top class hotel except the swiss prices.....
the swiss prices : equivalent to about 10 EUR for a breakfast cappuccino...!

The staff were always helpful and cheerful. The atmosphere was congenial and it was well situated for easy access to the restaurants, railway station, UN complex, shops etc.
The rooms without a lake view in my opinion are not as nice and then I may hesitate to go back to the hotel.

The Hotel pw was, as always, exceptional. The room upgrade that I received made it all that much nicer. The staff always treat me like family. Even on arriving the they recognized me as a frequent guest who had simply "been away" for a while.

Bright airy hotel. Good size room and bathroom. Efficient wi fi system, and very helpful and friendly staff.
